How we use AI

Orbit uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy and images, analyze performance, and produce recommendations. To do this, we send relevant content, such as your business description, campaign brief, and website information, to specialist AI providers who process it on our behalf.

Our AI providers: OpenRouter, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Perplexity.

These providers process your data only to return results to Orbit. We do not permit them to use your business or campaign data to train their models, to the extent their terms allow us to control this.

AI-generated content is a starting point that you review and approve before anything is published. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, so that your data remains protected.

How long we keep data

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
