- Account Information: Email address, display name, and encrypted password when you create an account.
- Campaign Data: Company information, marketing strategies, creative content, and campaign settings you provide.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our app, feature usage, and performance metrics.
- Integration Data: When you connect advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads), we store OAuth tokens to manage campaigns on your behalf.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe and RevenueCat. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve our AI-powered marketing services
- Generate marketing research, strategies, and creative content
- Publish and manage campaigns on connected advertising platforms
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send important service updates and notifications
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
3. AI Processing
Orbit uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) to generate marketing content. Your campaign data may be sent to these services for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Each AI provider has their own privacy policy governing data processing.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- AI Service Providers: To generate marketing content (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity via OpenRouter)
- Payment Processors: Stripe and RevenueCat for subscription management
- Advertising Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you publish campaigns, using your own connected accounts
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), JWT authentication, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and secure OAuth token storage for third-party integrations.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Disconnect advertising platform integrations at any time
- Export your campaign data
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data and chat history are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can delete individual campaigns from your dashboard.
