1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Orbit is an AI-powered marketing orchestration platform that helps users create, manage, and publish marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The service includes AI-generated market research, campaign strategies, creative content, images, and videos.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans
- Starter ($29/month): 3 campaigns, 2 regenerations, 5 image regenerations per period
- Growth ($59/month): 10 campaigns, 5 regenerations, 15 image regenerations, 2 videos per period
- Agency ($149/month): Unlimited campaigns, 20 regenerations, 50 image regenerations, 10 videos per period
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Orbit's AI features is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing to advertising platforms.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Orbit integrates with third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads). When you connect your accounts, you authorize Orbit to manage campaigns on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's advertising policies and terms of service. Ad spend is charged directly by the advertising platforms, not by Orbit.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Create campaigns that violate advertising platform policies
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent advertising
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you provide to Orbit (company info, brand materials). AI-generated content created through the Service is licensed to you for your marketing purposes. Orbit retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Orbit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: advertising campaign performance, ad spend outcomes, platform policy violations, or AI-generated content accuracy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your campaign data may be retained for a reasonable period per our data retention policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
